Pacific is one of the west's most distinctive, student-centered national universities. We are a private university with about 6,700 students on three campuses in Northern California. We offer undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs in 11 different colleges. Compared to most schools our size, we offer a much broader array of courses.

Notable schools at Pacific include the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, the Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Stockton. It also has a business school, a school of education, a school of international studies, an engineering and computer sciences school, a music conservatory and a liberal arts college.
