Deco Coffee Co. was created to source, roast and serve coffees we love to drink.  At the core of this vision was with close partnership to the Paguaga family’s extensive expertise in coffee production and cultivation (Daniel Choiseul Paguaga is a founder of DCC and key team member fostering these great relationships).  We transparently showcase our process at our wholesale roastery and café in Allapattah, near downtown Miami, which opened in 2018.  We are committed to training and education with the ultimate objective being the transfer of quality from the coffees we source, roast and present to the cup.  We are serious about coffee, so you won’t find our coffee everywhere, but you can be assured when you do see it, it will be likeminded, quality focused people just like us.

Our café and roastery serves to provide the entire coffee process from green bean, roasting and ultimately brewing.  We pair this with thoughtful café fare in line with our vision of quality.
