This set includes a standard nib holder, a mapping nib holder, a decorative nib storage tin, and five nibs suited to drawing and mapping. The nibs included may differ from the ones pictured. Note: New dip pen nibs come coated with a protective oil residue which should be removed. To remove the residue, gently scrub the nib with toothpaste, rubbing alcohol, or warm water and dish soap. Mapping/drawing Nibs - posted in Of Nibs & Tines: I have a multitude of Dip Pen nibs and yet I always seem to return to the Mapping/Drawing nib for maximum pleasure.  I dont really see many folk mention these nibs and I was wondering if anyone else used them?
