Saint Lucia (/seɪnt ˈluːʃə/ (About this sound listen); French: Sainte-Lucie) is a sovereign island country in the eastern Caribbean Sea on the boundary with the Atlantic Ocean.[6] Part of the Lesser Antilles, it is located north/northeast of the island of Saint Vincent, northwest of Barbados and south of Martinique.

Noted for its oodles of small and luxurious resorts that drip color and flair, St Lucia is really two islands in one.
